Right before I clicked on "new post" the song Help came on my blog's music. Boy I can whistle that tune again. The tune of the evening is apparently "I'm getting out of the water", even though I don't exactly what Robin and her mother are saying I can guess it means the buffet bar is closed and it is time to dry off and get on the treadmill. Last night and tonight John-Thomas and Stewart walked with me down to the Arlington River Bridge and back. Our plan is to add a side street every night to increase our walk. Ladies I told you I was going to start walking everyday and it has begun. Would've had a Monday night walk in as well but my plans with Susan got waylaid. Anyway, yesterday was a bad day with the tootsie rolls and my breakfast cantaloupe is almost rotten so thank you for the Help of getting back with this fat march (missed it this week). Checked Laura's blog yesterday and she had pictures posted taken during her dog walk near her abode in Brooklyn so I took my camera tonight. Lense was smudged from our Adventure Landing trip on the First Day of School though so they didn't come out as well as I'd like. With schooling taking from 9 am until 4pm my computer quiet times haven't been going so well either. Another cry for Help. I think there is a verse there.... Psalm 18:6
"In my anguish I called to the Lord : I cried for help to my God.From his temple he heard my voice : and my cry came even to his ears."
How wonderful that the God of the universe, of vast oceans, 7 continents, unmeasurable outer space is personal enough to have my cry to his ears. Thank you Lord for Your help!

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Hey Emily,
What a small world. I couldn't believe it when Melissa called me today. I hear her talking about Emily often but never thought in a million years it was someone I knew. Hope everyone is doing well. I can't believe how big your children are getting. Maybe one day we can all get together-maybe even at Adventure Landing-Hunter loves that place.
Hope to stay in touch.

I am so glad that Melissa called you and that I was right about who you were...you were always so nice to be around, it is still surprising that we know the same people. Looking forward to getting together.
