What next?

I was sure that when we saw the Amy Butler fabrics and book at Paula's Fine Fabrics that I had seen them on a recent blog hop but when I tried to find the blog tonight where I had seen them I couldn't. The fabric was wonderful even at $9.95 a yard. I am still interested in buying some and making a cool purse or something! Before we dashed in the fabric store we had been to lunch at Sweet Indulgence Cafe. Josh has been talking about this restaurant for probably a year. He used to meet his fellow building inspectors there for lunch (while I was home having PB&J! Anyway) He said it reminded him of Food Glorious Food in Tallahassee. Robin thought it was funny that Josh had been to that website recently, we had another laugh over that today. Since the kids were at my mom's we splurged and got a slice of Tiramisu to share. (So much for Weigh Wednesday) Publix still has the best Tiramisu. I love Publix. The cashiers keep trying to talk me into getting the Tuxedo cake or Princess cake, I can't remember what it's called but it is all chocolate, I can't imagine anything better than Tiramisu. Which reminds me, Kristina sent some chocolate covered strawberries home with me on Thursday when I went over to her house for dessert and we finally remembered them tonight and they were still yummy. I walked Tuesday, Wednesday and this morning just for the records and even though I have been talking a lot about dessert I have been eating salads for lunch and dinner this week (except for today). Here I am at the end of my blog and I didn't even mention that Josh and I kidnapped Susan. We called to see if she wanted to go to lunch with us and then we didn't take her home until after we went to a warehouse to see if we could score a deal on a mattress for Elise's big bed. She was a good sport and tried out the mattresses with me. I think Josh wants to buy a new mattress for us now. After we dropped her off Josh got his haircut and I poked around Dollar General (brandnew & superclean) until he was done. I almost bought a pair of Dora the Explorer crocs for Elise. Enough of this babbling, how was your Saturday? Were you crafty, a cleaning Queen or busy, busy busy?

I'm excited because I met with Sherry Hayes to help me schedule a structured day with the girls while Michael is at school. I'm looking forward to getting started.

A little structure goes a long way. Sesame Street everyday at 10. It's a good thing.

You forgot to mention Kristina's white and dark chocolate covered pretzels. MMMMMM, good. I tried to steal Elise's but she wouldn't let me.

loved reading about your day. i was able to sleep in, did some cleaning, worked some, surfed blogs, and had dinner out with Hannah....nothing quite like FGF....Sonny's. Oh, well, I still didn't have to cook.
We then came home and watch RV; I had not seen it yet.

I love to read about what you guys are up too as well. It is so much fun and feels like were working at the Barrel together again. I show up and get to chat with you and then back home again. Only thing is we don't get to see each other as much anymore.
