Favorite childhood song

I have had a hard time trying to get into my playlist so I just made a new one. While I wanted to add the song by the Kiki Dee band called I've got the music in me it wasn't a good version. I went to youtube and found a funny video of three girls singing to it just the way my sisters and I did but it wasn't available to post so this American Idol video had to do. I love this song, on a good day this describes me very well. Not so much on one of those grumpy mom days. What song did you used to lipsynch to?

How much...maybe I can arrange that. Sabrosita Jenette said her family still had the videos made of our youth group antics...but I think she just said her and Gloria were on that. Still I wish her brother would post it on youtube for us all to see.

YIKES!!! NOOO.....not you tube! I had braces, big circle glasses, 80's hair and a baby blue dress with big fluffy sleeves....how embarrassing!

Arthur was cracking me up on New Year's Day....he was cleaning out his closet and "back in the day" he was into the hip hop scene. He put on his old denim shorts jumper, the kind the guys used to wear with only one side buckled and the other side undone. He had me laughing! ...although it wasn't funny that he still fit into his highschool clothes - so not funny!

MC Hammer was on the news yesterday and I was fondly remembering Arthur breaking it down at your graduation party...probably in those denim shorts you're talking about!

Doesn't Tavia have the Rock These Rafters tour video! That should have you on screen Em rocking away! I think the best gift was the video Robert made of my goodbye party in 1990. Everyone I know and loved recorded some very thoughtful things about me. I rewatched it at Christmas this year. It's like a living eulogy. It was difficult watching, especially since I've lost contact with some of our dearer friends, i.e., Scott.
