Not only have I reduced the number of posts I've been writing I've also quit taking pictures.
What's up with that?
This morning I woke up before 6 again and decided that I should find out what happened to the ShabbyBlog button I had on my sidebar...found the cute birdies in the process. I love their designs!

Saturday we left the house at 6:30 a.m. to drive down to the Grant Seafood Festival.  Driving down I read a Laurie King novel...which was not part of her Mary Russell series and not as good.  A perk from being in the Library so much is that I finally remembered to check out a book on tape for Emmett and Elise.  They listened to the Aurora All-Stars.   After a day of watching people drink large quantities of beer and eat their weight in Fried Shrimp, Scallops, Clams, Oysters, Calamari, while listening to Southern Rock very loud we went to celebrate Josh's grandmother's birthday at her house. I tried to eat the fish dinner...it was too fishy so I ate the cherry tomatoes I brought in my bag and drank the flavored water.  Sunday morning we had pancakes and came home in time for me to shower and go to work. 
Maybe I shouldn't have gone to work..
Ruined my first shirt.
Put it on the embroidery machine wrong and it sewed the design on the front joined to the back. 
I am trying to tell myself that, after 3 months it's pretty good that it's the first shirt I ruined but it would be nicer to say that I didn't ruin any!
I had a dream last night that I met Beth Moore in Texas at a church and we sang "What can wash away my sins?"
