"the chickens are tucked in and i should be to. " This was the closing remark from sister's email yesterday. So while I thought my first post for the day titled "Old Macdonald had a farm" wasn't all that accurate because we really don't have any "farm" animals, we do have animals of another sort and they are to be cared for like a farmer cares for his barnyard. Afterall who is our Good Shepherd and aren't we to be like him. Unfortunately we are like sheep that have gone their own way. Stewart learned all of Isaiah 53 this past year for Sunday school and was even asked to recite part of it for the whole church one Sunday. Every week I heard him reciting those verses and am all too aware that I am more like the sheep than the Shepherd. All this from a funny email from the Cackling Hen.
