I wanted to start off my week at the Y and get back into my routine but I forgot Josh had taken the day off to work on my mother's house. One car = one destination. There is a park behind my mom's with a 2 mile loop so I walked it first thing. Portions were good yesterday but alas, there was a left over box of Good N Plenty from going to see Bourne Supremacy the day before with Josh and Susan. My heart beat so fast during that whole movie Susan thought I already had my cardio for the day. Walked over to pay the rent last night and was going to go on a little walk after but ended up talking with a neighbor and then ran into the John the maintenance guy who let me drive their riding lawn mower home. Susan laughed at the thought of me driving down the sidewalk of Atlantic Blvd on the Murry. (think N. Monroe) Anyway I trying to figure out when I can get in some exercise...Josh invited 4 people from Second Mile Ministries over for dinner tonight...going to try out the Barilla pasta that Melissa and Robin keep talking about, I picked some up at Sam's. March on Sisters!

I'm not doing well at all. I have just been doing work around the inside of my house. Not enough to do any calorie burning......Weigh Wednesday is going to be about the same as last week.....:(
Great job on the 2 mile walk...and Good N Plenty is better than a bag of M&M's, right?
Okay...I'm laughing at you riding the lawn mower down the sidewalk!
P.S. Can't wait to hear what you think about the Barilla Plus....
We had the Barilla Plus Rotini and I didn't think it tasted any different than ordinary rotini....didn't taste bad like the Healthy Harvest pasta though. BUT several people went back for seconds so maybe it was better ...
I like it because it isn't mushy, it holds its shape...but is cooked all the way through...plus, it's healthier than regular pasta...and you are right, it isn't bad like that Healthy Harvest cardboard.
Hey, you changed your template....
yeah I changed it, started reading the bloggerdash is that what's its called? Anyway I haven't been happy the way it looks, wanted something different, still don't have what I want yet.
