stopping me...the shorts and shirt have been sitting out for three days in case I sneak in a walk before Josh left in the morning but it has happened yet. Want to walk right now but either I ate too many cookies today or I still have gas from last night's
Dominos pizza, at any rate something doesn't feel right and I don't think it would make me feel any better.

do you have an ipod? i just discovered this free podcast on itunes called 'couch to 5K'. it's a 9 week running program that starts you walking and building into running. the guy made it as a labor of love...and he tells you when to run or walk so you don't have to use a stop watch. it uses techno music (not my fav) but very motivating for running. totally recommend it! basically you just have to run 3 days a week. want to join me in trying it out?
