Anything?

Perseverance must finish its work

so that you may be mature and complete,

not lacking anything.

James 1:4 (NIV, 1984)

I am not a perseverer...I don't often finish any work...I am lacking....this year I hope to finish more Bible memory work and post it.
Thank you for your encouragement this year and your kind words they truly nourish my soul!

Today I say goodbye to my dad and head home...here's hoping I can finish that trip today and not get held up in horrible I-95 post holiday traffic!

I've started off the new year with a Chronlogical Bible reading. I didnt' get very far last time I tried this.....here's hoping for more success this time around!
It's so easy to get excited about doing something new. Perseverance is a gift, but one God has given all of us. We just have to receive it! Sigh.....still working on that!

Perhaps you are more of a perseverer than you give yourself credit for... our perseverance is developed through trials and God is so faithful to help us through things...

Praying for your Dad.
