How does your garden grow?

No silver bells or cockle shells but our garden teepee grew greener while we were on vacation! The hydranga turned pink and all the plants I dug up from the neighbor's yard are still alive and look like the might just be happy in our yard.

love how you did the photos...and love your teepee....might need to copy that. what is growing on the teepee?

The teepee has morning glory, moon flower, beans and peas. I think the vine that is growing the best is the morning glory. In Palm Bay I grew some Morning Glories and they were really fun and fast growing. Yesterday I noticed that there were a dozen or so beans ready to pick, this is the first time we have tried beans.

Josh was the clever one who arranged the photos.

did they start out as seeds?

All the plants on the teepee started out as seeds. The plants started comming up a week after they were planted and it took about a month for them to reach the top of the teepee. I did mix some planting soil in with the sand that the seeds were planted in and have fertilized them once or twice with Naturize.
