Soon I am going to have to stop this nursery rhyme title business. I am also going to have to read up on taking better pictures because for the life of me I could not take a decent picture of the dress I found for the party. A discussion that has frequently been occurring between Josh and I has been about people that are comfortable in any situation. It's not so much they are chameleons adapting to their surroundings but they have enough natural poise/charm/personality/inner confidence to enjoy the status quo. For three weeks I looked for a dress that would help me through the party. Four days before the party and on my third trip to Ross I found the dress for $15. Yeah! God is so good. God is good on an infinately grandeur scale than a cheap summer dress but He is at work in everything and so I give thanks. Again I am reminded to trust and wait. Have I learned anything about how to be comfortable in any situation? Maybe it rests in the comfort of others...if I am more concerned about getting to know the people around me and making them comfortable I will forget about my own stupid self. Which reminds me of the Rodney Atkin's song "Lord, please help me help my stupid self". I love that song and I'm sure he was thinking of Josh when he wrote it even though we don't have a truck or a barn. Yes I am a scatterbrain but I have a dress that I didn't spend a lot of money for and it is me to the T. Thanks for asking!

love the dress, emily. I couldn't pull it off, but it's beautiful! When I say I couldn't pull it off, I mean literally! If I tried it on, I wouldn't be able to get back out of it!
Love the dress....very you!
